Advantages Of Full Body Top Opening

The body top is attached to the base plate. With the help of hydraulic cylinder, the top part of the body can be easily opened. With the opened body top, the entire basket can be easily opened and closed. In addition to this, the access to the central drive assembly is also made possible. The basket can be easily removed from the opened body top. Besides, the easy maintenance of the bearing and shaft is possible with top body opening machines.
The central flange of the machine is thick and wide & machined all over. And, the bottom flange is given a square groove to hold PTFE and silicon packing. The top flange sits on the packing, which make the joint 100% leak proof.

Lifting Bag With Cake Type Centrifuge

The filter bag, cake and lighting ring are detached from the basket and lifted up the machine using the lifting hanger
The cake can be lifted with a MONORAIL or a HYDRAULIC Lifter
We have designed sturdily constructed Heavy Duty Hydraulic Lifters, which is available at extra cost.
